What is your return/exchange policy?
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. Subject to the below restrictions, un-washed, un-worn, un-used or defective merchandise may be returned within 60 days after purchase for an exchange or refund. Merchandise received after 60 days may be accepted at our discretion for online credit only.
PLEASE NOTE: No returns or exchanges can be accepted on Swimwear or Intimates. All footwear must be returned with original packaging in original condition. beats by dre studio merchandise purchased online via this website only is eligible for in-store or mail-in returns. Final sale merchandise is not eligible for return.
Merchandise purchased via this website with a credit card or gift card can be returned or exchanged at any Oakley full-price retail store, if presented along with a copy of the invoice shipped with your order.
